Company Founder

Hotel Solutions Ltd. was founded in 2009 by Rick Lamb (President & CEO). Mr. Lamb is a very highly respected key player in the lodging hospitality and travel industry. Lamb and has been involved in the Hotel and Travel industry for over 38 years with a successful, proven track record.

Mr. Lamb for his entire career has been in the hospitality, meetings and travel industry providing managerial direction and client services. He has an extensive background and experience servicing the Airlines with crew accommodations as well as managing and sourcing meetings and conferences on a global basis. Mr. Lamb is highly experienced in all facets of the hotel and travel industry. For 12 years Lamb was a Co-Principal, Managing Director & COO of a Global Travel Management Company headquartered in New York City specializing in sourcing airline crew hotels. Lamb directed all facets of the company's daily operations, marketing, client services, hotel relationships and technology development.

For over 25 years Lamb has held key Executive level positions in the Hotel Industry. His experience includes positions such as Vice President Operations , and General Manager with major brands such as Crowne Plaza Hotels, Embassy Suites, Sheraton, Radisson Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels, Holiday Inn Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts as well as other brands and Independent Hotel Management Companies.
